Website privacy and cookies

Last Updated: October 2026

1. What this page covers

This page is about the website daraxis.com. Daraxis is the name under which Dara Ahmadi publishes apps. It is based in Sweden. He runs this website and is the data controller for the purposes of GDPR.

The apps are not covered here. Each app has its own privacy policy, which says what that app does with your data: iMixd and Ordvana.

2. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and the associated Google Ads tag to understand website traffic and measure the performance of our advertising. These tools set cookies and may collect your approximate location (derived from IP, which Google does not expose to us), device and browser type, pages viewed, and the referral source that brought you here (for example, a Google ad). Google Analytics keeps the data linked to a visit for 2 months, and the data linked to your browser's cookie for 14 months after your last visit; after that Google deletes it. What we see in our reports are totals, such as visits per country.

Nothing is loaded from Google until you consent. On the pages you read, a banner asks you to Accept or Decline on your first visit. Until you press Accept, this website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and sends nothing to Google. Our store link (daraxis.com/get) sends you straight on to Google Play or the App Store and shows no banner; it measures nothing unless you accepted on an earlier visit. If you Decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored and nothing is sent to Google. Accepting allows traffic statistics and the measurement of our advertising; it does not allow personalised advertising.

Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and the ePrivacy Directive.

3. Changing your choice

You can change your choice at any time: open the cookie settings, or use the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of our pages. If you change it to Decline, the cookies and other data that Google stored for daraxis.com are deleted from your browser. Your choice itself is remembered for up to six months in a cookie named daraxis_cookie_consent, which holds only the word granted or denied. Some browsers, Safari among them, delete it sooner, and the banner then asks again. When it expires, or when you clear your cookies, the banner asks again.

4. Who receives the data

For this processing, Google Ireland Limited acts as our data processor; data may be transferred to Google LLC (United States) under Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Ads data terms. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Email

If you write to [email protected], we use your address and what you send us to answer you.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask whether we hold personal data about you and ask for a copy, ask us to correct or erase it, and object to or ask us to restrict its use. Write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se, or with your local EEA supervisory authority.

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of Sweden. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
